Ethernet-kabel ProXtend Ultra slank CAT6 RJ-45 4m oranje

The ProXtend Ultra Slim CAT6 U/UTP CU ethernet cable is a 4 m LSZH cable with RJ-45 connectors designed for high-speed wired networks. Constructed with 99.9% pure copper strands (AWG 28) and U/UTP configuration, it supports Gigabit Ethernet data rates and PoE++ delivery while offering a slim 3.6 mm diameter for improved flexibility and airflow in dense cable installations.

Advantages

The cable's LSZH outer jacket reduces smoke and toxic emissions in case of fire. 99.9% pure copper conductors and 50µ"U gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide reliable signal transmission and increased connector durability. The ultra-slim 3.6 mm profile improves bendability and cooling in crowded racks, while strain relief and a tangle-free latch help ensure secure, easy installation. U/UTP shielding minimizes external interference for stable performance.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet connections (1000 Mbit/s)
• PoE++ powered devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points and VoIP phones
• Tidy, space-constrained installations and patch panels
• Office and home network cabling where low-smoke materials are required

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 end to the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices (switch, router, network adapter or PoE injector). Ensure connectors click into place with the latch to secure the connection. Route the cable along cable trays or behind equipment, avoiding sharp bends; the ultra-slim design allows tighter routing but maintain gentle curves to preserve performance. For PoE++ applications, confirm that connected devices and power sources support the required power class.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines or large electrical equipment. Use appropriate cable management to prevent excessive bending or tension; inspect connectors periodically for damage. Choose the 4 m length when short patch runs between devices and patch panels or switches are needed.
