Ethernetkabel ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 10 m oranje

The ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CCA Ethernet Cable is a 10 m orange cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. Constructed with copper-clad aluminum (CCA) strands and 26 AWG, it provides an economical option for wired network connections while supporting up to 1000 Mbit/s data transfer. The cable features PVC jacket and gold-plated contacts for improved contact reliability.

Advantages

This CAT6 U/UTP cable combines cost-effective CCA conductors with a reinforced strain relief and latch protection to enhance durability and secure connector engagement. U/UTP design supports standard Ethernet deployments and the orange color helps with cable identification in patch panels and installations.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in home and small office networks
• Connecting switches, routers, and networked devices supporting 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Structured cabling runs where color-coded cables are required

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 – RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor type: Copper-clad aluminum (CCA), 26 AWG
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs)
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Product colour: Orange
• Weight: 0.222 kg

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on your devices (switch, router, PC). Ensure connectors click into place using the latch protection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; the reinforced strain relief helps protect the connector area during installation and movement.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and keep within the recommended length limits for Gigabit Ethernet. Use the bright orange colour to separate this cable from others in multi-cable installations and verify compatibility with network equipment that accepts CCA-based cables if strict copper-only wiring is required.
