Faber-Castell Ambition zwart balpen — kunsthars behuizing, zwarte inkt, enkel stuk

Faber-Castell Ambition Black is a single-piece ballpoint pen with a brushed black resin barrel and polished chromed metal accents. Supplied with black magnum ink and a broad (B) line width, the pen pairs a slim, clear-cut visual design with dependable daily performance. A sprung metal clip and a twisting cap mechanism complete the functional details, making it suitable for office, study and personal use where consistent black ink flow and a durable feel are required.

Advantages

The resin body provides a lightweight yet sturdy housing that resists wear while maintaining an elegant matte appearance. Polished chromed metal on the cap, end and tip increases durability at contact points and contributes to a professional look. The sprung metal clip secures the pen to pockets or notebooks, and the twisting cap mechanism protects the tip and prevents accidental marks. The black magnum refill offers reliable, continuous ink flow and a broad line suitable for clear, legible writing.

• Accents and tip: highly polished chromed metal
• Clip: sprung metal clip
• Mechanism: twisting cap mechanism
• Ink color: black (magnum refill)
• Line width: broad (B)
• Form factor: single-piece ballpoint pen

How to use

Extend the writing tip by twisting the cap mechanism until the tip locks into position. Write with light to moderate pressure suitable for ballpoint refills to ensure smooth ink flow and avoid skipping. Retract the tip by twisting the cap in the opposite direction when the pen is not in use to protect the tip and prevent unwanted marks. Replace the magnum refill with a compatible refill when ink supply is depleted, following the manufacturer’s instructions for disassembly and refill insertion.

Recommendations

Store the pen capped and horizontally or tip-up to reduce the risk of ink drying. For prolonged comfort during extended writing sessions, pair the pen with paper of medium to high weight to prevent bleed-through and to preserve consistent line quality from the broad nib.
