Gesloten monitoring-koptelefoon Omnitronic SHP-950M met 40-mm-drivers

Omnitronic SHP-950M closed-back monitoring headphones feature 40 mm drivers engineered for accurate sound reproduction and improved isolation. Designed for situations where focused listening and reduced ambient noise are required, these headphones deliver a neutral response suitable for monitoring, live sound checks and critical listening sessions. The build provides a practical, dependable option for audio professionals and hobbyists who need closed-back performance with clear midrange and controlled bass.

Advantages

The closed-back design reduces environmental noise and minimizes sound leakage, enabling precise monitoring in less-than-ideal acoustic environments. The 40 mm drivers offer a balanced frequency response that supports detailed audio analysis while maintaining comfortable listening during extended sessions. Robust construction and adjustable headband elements contribute to consistent fit and long-term use, while the overall weight and earcup padding are chosen to balance isolation with wearing comfort.

How to use

Connect the headphones to your audio interface, mixer or portable player using the provided cable and ensure a secure, low-resistance connection. Adjust the headband and earcup position to achieve a snug, comfortable seal around the ears to maximize isolation and obtain a consistent listening perspective. Use moderate listening levels when performing critical listening or long monitoring sessions to preserve hearing accuracy and to reduce fatigue. For live sound checks, position the headphones to maintain separation from stage monitoring to avoid bleed.

Recommendations

Regularly check cable connections and store the headphones in a protective case when not in use. For best monitoring results, allow a brief break-in period and perform reference checks against known material to familiarise yourself with the headphones’ tonal characteristics.
