Netstekkeradapter C14 C5 Alcasa PA-1405S zwart

The Alcasa PA-1405S power plug adapter by Good Connections provides a C14 male plug to C5 female socket connection in a compact black housing. Designed for AC systems up to 250 V, this adapter lets you connect devices with a C5 (Mickey Mouse) inlet to equipment or extension leads that provide a C14 outlet. Its small form factor and sturdy construction make it suitable for adapting power leads in environments where space and reliable contact matter.

Advantages

The adapter offers a simple, space-saving solution to convert a C14 power source into a compatible C5 outlet without tools or modifications. Its molded black housing resists everyday wear and provides secure mating between connectors to minimize accidental disconnection. The rated AC voltage support up to 250 V aligns with common mains voltages in residential and office settings, allowing flexible use with a range of consumer and small office electronics.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops, small printers, or portable electronics with C5 inlets to C14 power outlets
• Adapting power supplies when swapping power cords or using extension units
• Temporary or permanent setups in home offices, server closets, and AV racks

Key specifications

• Connector A: IEC C14 (male)
• Connector B: IEC C5 (female)
• Maximum AC input voltage: 250 V
• Colour: Black
• Construction: Molded housing for mechanical strength

How to use

Insert the C14 plug end of the adapter into a compatible C14 socket on a power distribution unit, extension lead, or equipment inlet. Plug the device’s C5 power cord into the C5 female socket of the adapter until it seats firmly. Ensure the power source is switched off when connecting or disconnecting to avoid arcing. Verify that the adapter’s voltage rating matches the local mains supply and the connected device’s requirements before use.

Recommendations

Use the adapter only with devices that have a C5 inlet and within the specified AC voltage limit. Avoid exposing the adapter to moisture, excessive heat, or mechanical strain. For permanent installations, inspect connections periodically for wear and replace the adapter if any damage or loose fit is observed.
