Netwerkkabel Alcasa 8070R-003 RJ-45 Cat7 0,25 m grijs

The Alcasa 8070R-003 RJ-45 Cat7 0.25m Grey networking cable is a short patch cable designed for high-speed data links in compact or dense installations. Compliant with Category 7 performance, the cable supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors in a neutral grey jacket suitable for structured cabling, server racks, and desktop connectivity where a short, reliable link is required.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding provides individual pair foil plus an overall braid to minimize outside interference and maintain signal integrity over the short run. Its Cat7 rating ensures compatibility with high-bandwidth applications and future-proofing within the constraints of copper cabling. The compact 0.25 m length reduces cable clutter and improves airflow around equipment while the RJ-45 terminations offer plug-and-play connectivity with common network ports.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices within server cabinets and patch panels
• Short links between switches, routers and patch panels
• Desktop or workstation connections where minimal cable length is preferred
• High-speed Ethernet setups requiring shielded cabling to reduce interference

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7 performance for high-frequency transmission
• Maximum data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with foil-wrapped pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Length: 0.25 m
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port on devices such as switches, routers, patch panels or network interfaces. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure mechanical and electrical connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends or tight loops in the cable and maintain separation from large power cables or sources of electromagnetic noise where feasible.

Recommendations

Use this 0.25 m Cat7 cable for short, high-performance connections in rack or desktop environments; combine with proper cable management to maintain airflow and prevent damage to connectors. For runs longer than a few meters, select an appropriately rated longer cable to preserve signal quality.
