HDMI-kabel e+p HDMV 401/15 15m type A zwart

The e+p HDMV 401/15 HDMI Cable is a 15-meter Type A to Type A lead designed for connecting AV devices across longer distances. The cable supports an Audio Return Channel (ARC) and 3D signal transmission. Gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and help maintain signal integrity over the full length. The cable’s black jacket provides a discrete appearance suitable for home and professional installations.

Advantages

This HDMI cable provides a long 15 m reach that reduces the need for intermediate extenders or signal splitters. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and improve electrical connection. The presence of ARC simplifies audio routing between TV and compatible audio devices. Support for 3D formats and a Type A interface ensures compatibility with a wide range of consumer electronics.

Suitable for

• Connecting a television to AV receivers or soundbars when devices are placed apart
• Linking projectors or media players to wall-mounted displays
• Home cinema setups requiring a single long run without repeater devices
• 3D-capable sources and displays where a Type A HDMI connection is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 meters
• Connector type: HDMI Type A male to HDMI Type A male
• Data transfer capability: 0.1 Gbit/s
• Audio Return Channel (ARC): supported
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Cable color: black
• 3D signal support: yes

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A plug to the source device (set-top box, Blu-ray player, game console or media player) and the other plug to the display device (TV, projector or AV receiver). If using ARC, enable the ARC function in the TV and receiver menus according to the device manuals so audio can be returned over the same cable. Ensure both devices are powered off when making the physical connection and power them on after the cable is securely attached. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension.

Recommendations

For best performance over a 15 m run, keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines and strong electromagnetic sources. If image or sound degradation appears, check connector seating and device settings; consider shorter runs or active/extender solutions for higher bandwidth requirements than the cable’s specified data rate.
