helos Modulair rack Keystone patchpaneel 19 inch 1U 24-poorts, zwart

helos Modular Rack Keystone Patch Panel 19" 1U 24-Port in black is a rack-mountable panel designed to accept keystone jacks for structured cabling systems. The 1U, 19-inch format fits standard server racks and network cabinets, providing 24 modular ports for termination of data, voice and patching connections. The removable modules allow flexible port configuration and straightforward labeling for identification and maintenance.

Advantages

The patch panel supports keystone-style modules, enabling a mix of RJ45, fiber adapter or other compatible keystone inserts in a single 1U unit. Its metal housing offers mechanical protection for terminations and helps maintain a tidy front appearance. Front-facing ports simplify horizontal cabling runs and patch cord routing, while standard rack dimensions ensure compatibility with existing network infrastructure. The black finish reduces visible wear and provides a consistent look in server rooms and communication cabinets.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in data centers and server rooms
• Office network and telephony installations
• Patch panels for network closets and equipment racks
• Mixed-media installations using modular keystone inserts

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U, 19-inch rack-mount panel
• Port count: 24 keystone-compatible ports
• Material: metal housing for durability and protection
• Finish: black powder-coated or painted surface
• Compatibility: accepts standard keystone jacks and inserts (RJ45, fiber adapters, etc.)
• Mounting: front-mountable to standard 19" rack or cabinet

How to use

Install the patch panel by securing it to the 19-inch rack or cabinet using appropriate rack screws. Insert keystone jacks into the required port locations and terminate horizontal cabling at the rear of each jack according to the cabling standard in use (for example, T568A or T568B for copper). Route patch cords to the front ports to connect switches, patch panels or active equipment. Label ports as needed to reflect logical network topology and simplify future changes or troubleshooting.

Recommendations

Ensure keystone jacks and inserts used are compatible in size and snap-fit style. Follow industry cabling standards for termination and testing to maintain expected performance. Allow adequate slack and use horizontal cable managers when populating multiple ports to avoid excessive bend radii and to ease maintenance.
