Hypertec 850867-HY Netwerkkabel rood 15 m Cat6 F/UTP (FTP)

The Hypertec 850867-HY Red 15m Cat6 F/UTP networking cable is designed for reliable wired connections in home, office and data-centre environments. This 15 m Cat6 cable uses F/UTP (foil screened/unscreened twisted pair) construction to reduce electromagnetic interference and support stable high-speed data transmission. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors, providing plug-and-play compatibility with routers, switches, PCs and other Ethernet-enabled devices. The cable's red jacket makes cable identification and routing straightforward during installation and maintenance.

Advantages

F/UTP shielding helps reduce external interference and crosstalk which contributes to consistent signal quality over the full 15 m length. Cat6 specification enables higher bandwidth and improved performance compared with earlier cable categories for typical Ethernet applications. Standard RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensure wide compatibility with network equipment without the need for adapters. The visible red colour simplifies cable management and identification in multi-cable installations.

How to use

Uncoil the cable and avoid tight bends or kinks that could damage the internal pairs or affect performance. Insert each RJ-45 connector securely into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices until the latch clicks. For best performance, route the cable away from strong electrical noise sources and avoid running it in parallel with mains power cables. When disconnecting, press the connector latch before pulling to avoid connector damage.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 F/UTP cable for distances up to 15 m in typical Ethernet installations. For optimal signal quality, combine with compatible Cat6 or higher-rated network equipment and avoid excessive bending or compression. Colour-code runs as needed to simplify identification and maintenance.
