Hypertec 858615-HY netwerkkabel geel 20 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Hypertec ProConnectLite S/FTP Cat7 networking cable (20 m) with RJ-45 connectors on both ends is designed for high-speed wired connections. Its yellow jacket makes the cable easy to identify in patch panels and cable runs, while the S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for stable data transmission across your network.

Advantages

The Cat7 S/FTP construction provides superior protection against crosstalk and external noise compared with unshielded cables. A snagless design on the RJ-45 plugs prevents accidental tab breakage during installation and removal. The 20 m length offers flexibility for connections between switches, routers and devices across medium-sized rooms or between racks.

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your switch, router or wall outlet and the other end to the network device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate cable management accessories but avoid overtightening.

Recommendations

Use this Cat7 S/FTP cable for installations where reduced interference and clear cable identification are required. For best performance, keep run lengths within recommended Ethernet limits for the equipment in use and avoid running the cable in parallel with power lines over long distances.
