InLine 19 inch opklapbaar rack, 4U, 24-40 cm diep, zwart

The InLine 19" foldable rack 4U is a wall-mounted solution designed to hold network and AV equipment in compact spaces. With a 4U capacity and adjustable depth range supporting devices from 240 to 400 mm, this black foldable rack delivers a space-saving installation for small server, patch panel, switch or media devices. Its foldable frame allows the front to be closed against the wall when not in use and opened for easy access to cabling and equipment.

Advantages

The rack offers a compact 4U footprint with a durable black finish that resists wear in everyday environments. Foldable construction simplifies access for installation and maintenance while saving wall space when closed. Standard 19" mounting rails are provided for compatible equipment, and a maximum mounting depth of 400 mm accommodates a wide range of small to mid-depth devices. The design combines simple installation with practical cable access and a neat visual appearance suitable for home or office installations.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Rack-mounting small network switches and routers
• Housing patch panels and cable management panels
• Installing compact servers, NAS or AV equipment with limited depth
• Creating a tidy wall-mounted network point in offices, server closets or home labs

Key specifications

• Width: 494 mm
• Height: 183 mm (4U)
• Supported mounting depth: up to 400 mm (suitable for 240–400 mm equipment depth)
• Rack capacity: 4U, standard 19" mounting

How to use

Secure the rack to a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fixings for the wall material. Attach equipment to the 19" mounting rails using standard rack screws and cage nuts, observing the specified maximum depth to avoid interference with the closed position. Route cables through the rack opening and secure them with cable ties or straps to maintain clearance when folding. To access equipment, open the foldable front and perform installation or maintenance with unobstructed access to the front and rear of devices.

Recommendations

Install the rack where ventilation is adequate; avoid enclosing heat-generating devices in a sealed space. Verify wall fixing strength and distribute electronic weight to prevent overloading the mounting points. Use appropriate cable management to maintain clearances when folding and to reduce strain on connectors.
