The InLine USB Display Converter Set 6-in-1 (64109B) allows connection of monitors with DisplayPort, HDMI or VGA to a PC USB Type-C port. Each adapter in the set can be used individually or combined with the others to provide six conversion options, supporting DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 1.4b and USB 3.1 protocols in an aluminium housing. The set supports USB-powered operation and plug & play for quick setup.

How to use

Connect the appropriate adapter end to your source device (USB Type-C or DisplayPort/HDMI) and the other end to the display input (DisplayPort, HDMI or VGA). For USB Type-C connections, ensure the source port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode or is a Thunderbolt 3 port. The adapters are plug & play; no driver installation is normally required. Select the correct input on the display if multiple inputs are available.

Recommendations

Use the USB Type-C to DisplayPort option for highest-resolution output (3840 x 2160 @60Hz). For HDMI connections that require 4K, note the HDMI output is limited to 3840 x 2160 @30Hz. Ensure your computer’s USB Type-C port advertises DisplayPort Alternate Mode (often marked with the DisplayPort logo) when attempting USB Type-C to video conversions.
