Intercable ICALCU20CS M20 koperen ring voor kabelschoenen tot 500 mm², blank

High-purity copper and precise M20 sizing set the Intercable ICALCU20CS apart from generic washers. Engineered for heavy-duty electrical connections, its 37 mm outer diameter provides a generous contact surface, ensuring low resistance and excellent current distribution when used with cable lugs up to 500 mm². Unlike steel or alloy alternatives, this bare copper washer maintains superior conductivity and resists galvanic corrosion in copper-to-copper joints, making it a reliable choice for industrial and commercial installations.

Highlights

• Manufactured from high-conductivity copper for optimal electrical performance
• Designed for M20 bolts and screws, with a 37 mm outer diameter and approx. 21 mm inner diameter
• Supports cable lugs up to 500 mm² cross-section, ideal for high-current applications
• Bare, uncoated finish ensures maximum surface contact and conductivity
• Round shape with smooth edges to prevent damage to cable lugs and conductors
• Part of the Intercable ICALU series, trusted by professionals for electrical connections

In daily use

When terminating large cables, proper hardware is critical for safety and longevity. The ICALCU20CS washer is placed between the bolt head or nut and the cable lug, distributing clamping force evenly and protecting the lug from deformation. Its copper construction matches the lug material, minimizing thermal expansion differences and maintaining a tight connection over time. Whether in switchgear, distribution panels, or industrial machinery, this washer ensures a secure, low-resistance joint.
