Kinderfiets Toimsa 1168 — 12 inch blauw

Toimsa 1168 is a 12-inch children's bicycle in blue designed for toddlers taking their first steps in cycling. The compact wheel size and low frame geometry make mounting and dismounting easier for small children, while the lightweight construction supports handling and maneuverability on pavements, bike paths and in parks. This model is intended for recreational riding and early balance and coordination development, offering a simple, safe platform for learning to pedal and steer.

Advantages

The bicycle features a small, manageable frame and 12-inch wheels that suit the proportions of young riders. Its lightweight build reduces effort when pushing and carrying, and the low center of gravity enhances stability. A simple, uncluttered design facilitates basic maintenance and reliable everyday use. The enclosed chain guard and rounded components reduce the risk of clothing or skin contact with moving parts.

How to use

Before first use check that tires are inflated to the recommended pressure and that all fasteners are tightened. Adjust saddle height so the child's feet can reach the ground with a slight bend in the knees when seated. Teach the child to start and stop while holding onto a steady adult or support surface; practice pushing with feet and balancing before attempting continuous pedaling. Use gentle, supervised sessions on flat, smooth surfaces until the child gains confidence and control.

Recommendations

Always use an appropriately sized helmet and protective gear when the child is riding. Supervise young riders, avoid steep slopes and busy roads, and perform regular safety checks on brakes, tires and frame for wear or damage.
