Lindy 3m HDMI-naar-DisplayPort-kabel

The Lindy 3m HDMI to DisplayPort Cable converts HDMI source signals to DisplayPort displays using an active converter chipset integrated into the HDMI connector. With support for resolutions up to 4096x2160 at 60 Hz and uncompressed multi-channel audio, the cable enables high-resolution video and three-dimensional surround sound from HDMI media players, game consoles and PCs to DisplayPort monitors. The cable measures 3 metres in length, has a 6 mm diameter, and comes in black. It includes an HDMI + USB Type-A connector and a DisplayPort connector and carries CE, REACH and RoHS certifications.

Advantages

The active design with a chipset in the HDMI connector provides a reliable signal conversion from HDMI to DisplayPort without requiring external adapters. Support for 4096x2160@60Hz ensures crisp high-resolution video, while uncompressed multi-channel audio maintains audio fidelity. The integrated USB Type-A connector can be used to supply additional power when needed, increasing connection stability across a variety of source devices. Compact connector housings and compliance with CE, REACH and RoHS standards ensure durable and environmentally compliant construction.

Suitable for

• Connecting HDMI media players, set-top boxes or laptops to DisplayPort monitors
• Home or office workstations requiring high-resolution video output
• Gaming setups using HDMI consoles with DisplayPort displays
• Educational or presentation environments with DisplayPort screens

How to use

Insert the DisplayPort connector into the DisplayPort input on the monitor first, then connect the HDMI plug to the HDMI output of your source device. If the source device requires additional power for the active conversion, connect the USB Type-A plug to a USB power source on the host device or to an external USB power adapter. Verify display settings on the source device to set the desired resolution and refresh rate (up to 4096x2160@60Hz).

Recommendations

For stable performance with high resolutions and multi-channel audio, use the USB Type-A power connection when connecting devices that supply limited USB power or when encountering intermittent signal loss. Avoid tight bending of the cable near the connectors to preserve connector integrity.
