Lindy 47329 Netwerkkabel Wit 15 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy 47329 networking cable is a 15 m Cat7 S/FTP cable with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors designed for high-performance wired network connections. Its Cat7 specification and S/FTP shielding reduce crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, supporting stable data transmission in demanding network environments. The cable's white jacket provides a discreet appearance for office or home installations while its RJ-45 terminations enable compatibility with common network devices.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction offers enhanced protection against external interference and internal crosstalk compared with unshielded cables, which helps maintain signal integrity over the full 15 m length. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact reliability and reduce corrosion risk for long-term use. The Cat7 classification supports high-frequency signals necessary for gigabit Ethernet and other high-speed applications, while the white outer jacket makes routing and installation visually unobtrusive.

Suitable for

• Wired gigabit Ethernet connections between switches, routers and endpoints
• Home and office network installations where interference protection is required
• Connecting networked devices in multi-cable or equipment-dense environments
• Temporary or permanent runs where a 15 m cable length is appropriate

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7 (shielded)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid plus individually foil‑shielded pairs)
• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X) compatible
• Colour: White

How to use

Plug the gold-plated RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports of your network devices, ensuring secure seating on both ends. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference when possible; the S/FTP shielding helps mitigate interference but good routing improves long-term performance. For wall runs or cable management systems, ensure the bend radius is respected to prevent damage to the internal conductors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the Lindy 47329 cable in installations up to 15 m without excessive twisting or tight bends, and pair it with shielded network equipment or properly grounded patch panels where available. Regularly inspect connector integrity and replace the cable if connectors show signs of wear or the jacket is damaged.
