How to use

Attach the linguine unit to the AMPIA 150 according to the pasta maker’s attachment procedure, ensuring it is secured before operation. Feed properly sheeted and floured dough through the attachment while turning the cranks or using the machine’s drive, letting the cutter form the linguine strands. Collect the cut noodles on a floured surface or drying rack and separate strands gently to prevent sticking. Follow the AMPIA 150 manual for speed recommendations and dough thickness settings to achieve the desired texture.

Recommendations

Use dough rolled to the recommended thickness for linguine and dust lightly with semolina or flour to reduce sticking. Clean the attachment by removing excess dough immediately after use and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning guidance; avoid immersing the unit in water if the machine manual advises against it. Store the attachment in a dry place to preserve its finish and mechanical fit.
