Luidsprekerkabel Omnitronic 3030021K 2x2,5 mm, 100 m, zwart

Omnitronic 3030021K speaker cable is a 100 m roll of two-conductor 2x2.5 mm cable in black, intended for audio and PA installations. The cable construction provides a consistent connection between amplifiers and loudspeakers over long distances, allowing reliable signal transmission for both permanent and temporary wiring in venues, rehearsal rooms, studios and event setups. The outer jacket offers basic protection against mechanical wear while remaining flexible enough for unrolling, routing and coiling during installation.

Advantages

The cable combines a two-core design with 2.5 mm conductor cross-section to balance current capacity and flexibility for common loudspeaker circuits. Its 100 m length on a single roll reduces the need for splicing on long runs and simplifies inventory management for larger installations. The black outer sheath minimizes visual impact in venues and stages and makes the cable suitable for concealed or exposed routing. The cable is easy to strip and terminate with common speaker connectors, supporting efficient on-site assembly and maintenance.

How to use

Cut required lengths from the 100 m roll and strip the outer sheath and conductor insulation to expose the cores. Terminate conductors with appropriate speaker connectors, banana plugs, or screw terminals, observing correct polarity to maintain phase consistency between amplifier and loudspeaker. Route the cable along walls, under flooring or through cable trays as needed, securing it with suitable fasteners and protecting it from sharp edges and crushing. For longer runs, check amplifier and speaker impedance and power ratings to ensure the 2.5 mm² conductors meet the system requirements.

Recommendations

For permanent installations, avoid running the cable near mains power lines to minimize interference and use protective conduit where mechanical damage is possible. For temporary event wiring, keep coils neat to prevent tangles and mark ends to ensure correct polarity during setup and teardown.
