Luidsprekerkabel ShiverPeaks 06-24106 4 mm², lengte 25 m

ShiverPeaks 06-24106 speaker cable is a 25 m length audio cable with a 4 mm² conductor cross-section engineered for connecting loudspeakers to amplifiers and receivers. The cable features a uniform conductor size that reduces resistance across medium runs, supporting consistent power transfer and clear audio reproduction. Its construction is suitable for home audio systems, multi-room installations and small professional setups where a balance of flexibility and conductor area is required.

Advantages

The 4 mm² conductor provides lower DC resistance compared with thinner cables, improving damping and preserving signal fidelity at moderate distances. With a 25 m length, the cable is long enough for many room-to-room and dedicated listening-room runs while remaining manageable for routing and tidying. The cable’s insulation and conductor layout are designed to maintain a stable connection and simplify termination at speaker and amplifier ends.

Suitable for

• Connecting bookshelf or floorstanding speakers to amplifiers in living rooms
• Multi-room audio runs where moderate cable length and reliable signal are required
• Small public-address or background-music installations
• Temporary or permanent speaker wiring in home theater setups

Key specifications

• Conductor cross-section: 4 mm²
• Length: 25 m
• Conductor type: multi-strand CCA-style construction (copper-clad aluminium)
• Typical use: speaker/voice connections for low- to mid-power audio systems
• Colour: white

How to use

Plan the cable route to avoid sharp bends and proximity to mains power cables to reduce interference. Measure and cut the required length, strip the insulation carefully to expose the conductor strands, and terminate with appropriate connectors or banana plugs if desired. Ensure secure and polarity-consistent connections at both amplifier and speaker terminals to maintain correct phase and stereo imaging. For fixed installations, secure the cable with clips or trunking to prevent movement and mechanical stress.

Recommendations

For best results with this 4 mm² speaker cable, keep individual runs under recommended lengths for your amplifier power and speaker impedance, and avoid bundling speaker cables with mains power conductors. Use tested terminations and verify polarity at both ends after installation.
