Marcato Ampia 150 mm pastamachine, chroom

Making fresh pasta at home often means struggling with sticky dough, uneven sheets, and limited shapes. The Marcato Ampia 150mm Pasta Machine solves these frustrations with a robust chrome-plated steel body and anodized aluminum rollers that deliver smooth, consistent sheets every time. Its 150mm width is ideal for home kitchens, and the 10-position thickness dial lets you go from delicate 0.6mm sheets for lasagne to hearty 4.8mm for rustic noodles. The included cutter attachment produces three classic shapes: lasagne, fettuccine (6.5mm), and tagliolini (1.5mm), so you can explore a variety of dishes without extra accessories.

Who is it for

Home cooks who want authentic, fresh pasta without the bulk of a motorized machine. It's perfect for small families, couples, or anyone who enjoys hands-on cooking. The manual crank gives you full control over speed and thickness, while the table clamp keeps it stable on any countertop. Tips

For best results, let the dough rest for 30 minutes before rolling. Dust the rollers lightly with flour to prevent sticking, and always clean with a dry brush or cloth—never immerse in water. To make tagliolini, roll the sheet to the thinnest setting before cutting. If you plan to make pasta often, consider the optional motor for faster production.
