Mesh-systeem Cudy M1200 dualband Wi-Fi 5 802.11ac wit

The Cudy M1200 Dual-band Wi-Fi 5 802.11ac White is a mesh-capable networking device designed to extend and stabilize wireless coverage in homes and small offices. It supports simultaneous 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz operation under the Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac) standard and includes internal antennas. The unit is supplied in a compact white enclosure and is intended for use as part of a mesh system to improve signal reach and reduce dead zones.

Advantages

The device delivers dual-band connectivity to balance range and throughput between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks. Internal memory and flash resources support system operations and firmware updates without external storage. Its mesh compatibility enables straightforward scalability when adding additional nodes to cover larger areas. The single Ethernet LAN port allows wired backhaul or connection to a modem or local device.

Suitable for

• Extending Wi‑Fi coverage in apartments and small houses
• Improving wireless stability in home offices and study areas
• Forming a multi-node mesh network to eliminate dead zones

Key specifications

• Wireless standard: Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac)
• Bands: Dual‑band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz)
• Antennas: Internal antennas
• Memory: 16 MB internal memory
• Flash storage: 128 MB flash
• Ethernet ports: 1 LAN (RJ‑45)

How to use

Connect the Cudy M1200 to your Internet source using the LAN port and place the unit centrally within the area where improved coverage is required. Follow the manufacturer’s setup process—typically via the Cudy app or a web interface—to configure SSIDs, passwords and mesh pairing with additional nodes. Use the 2.4 GHz band for wider coverage and the 5 GHz band for higher‑speed connections when devices are nearby. Apply firmware updates when available to maintain security and performance.

Recommendations

Position the unit away from large metal objects and sources of interference (microwaves, cordless phones) for best signal distribution. For larger homes, add additional mesh nodes and place them within line of sight or in open areas between the router and coverage gaps. Use wired connections to the LAN port for devices that require stable, low-latency links.
