Netwerkkabel ProXtend CAT5e U/UTP RJ-45 7m zwart

The ProXtend CAT5e U/UTP RJ-45 network cable, 7 m in length and finished in black, provides a reliable wired connection for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. It features RJ-45 connectors on both ends, U/UTP construction and gold-plated contacts to maintain consistent signal transmission and support up to 1000 Mbit/s data rates.

Advantages

The cable is built with strain relief and a snagless latch protector to reduce connector wear and prevent accidental unplugging. Available in copper and copper-clad aluminum conductor variants and multiple color and length options, the ProXtend CAT5e line offers flexibility to match different installation needs.

Suitable for

• Wired LAN connections for home or office devices
• Connecting switches, routers, and networked printers
• Temporary or permanent network cabling where Cat5e performance is sufficient

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Shielding: U/UTP
• Contacts: gold-plated
• Color: Black
• Weight: 0.269 kg

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other into a router, switch, or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinching, or heavy compression to maintain signal integrity and prolong cable life.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines or close to large electromagnetic sources; choose the copper conductor variant for longer runs or environments where maximum conductivity is required.
