Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS08-35041 blauw 3m Cat7 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-35041 Blue 3m Cat7 U/UTP networking cable is designed for reliable high-speed wired connections in home and office environments. This 3-meter Cat7 cable supports data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and uses U/UTP shielding to minimize external interference while keeping the cable flexible for typical installation scenarios. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors provide consistent contact and corrosion resistance for stable long-term performance.

Advantages

The cable combines Cat7 performance with U/UTP construction to deliver high bandwidth and reduced crosstalk without excessive stiffness. Its 3-meter length offers a balance between reach and manageability, suitable for desktop, rack or cabinet connections. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve signal reliability and reduce oxidation at connection points, while the blue jacket makes cable identification straightforward in multi-cable setups.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections between computers, switches, routers and NAS devices
• High-bandwidth applications such as streaming, gaming and large file transfers
• Office and home network wiring where a 3 m cable run is required
• Temporary or permanent connections in patch panels and network racks

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Length: 3 m
• Connector: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Shielding: U/UTP (overall unshielded with foil around each pair)
• Maximum data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Color: Blue

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch, computer or NAS) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure contact. For best performance, avoid tight bends and do not run the cable parallel and close to power lines or sources of electromagnetic interference. Verify link speed and duplex settings on connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use this Cat7 cable for short to medium runs up to 3 m and pair it with compatible Gigabit or 10 Gigabit networking equipment. Route the cable away from high-voltage wiring and secure it with appropriate clips or cable management to prevent strain on connectors.
