PAR-schijnwerper EUROLITE PAR-38 150W halogeen reflectielamp

EUROLITE PAR-38 150W is a halogen PAR spotlight engineered for stage, studio and architectural accent lighting. The PAR-38 form factor provides a concentrated beam that suits both spot and narrow wash applications. With a 150-watt halogen lamp it produces continuous white light with stable color rendering, enabling clear illumination of objects, sets and performance areas. The lamp is compatible with fixtures designed for PAR-38 bulbs and offers straightforward replacement in existing housings.

How to use

Switch off power to the luminaire and allow the existing lamp and fixture to cool before handling. Remove the old PAR-38 lamp by gently twisting or pulling according to the fixture's holder design, then insert the EUROLITE PAR-38 150W lamp into the socket ensuring correct orientation and secure seating. Restore power and adjust aiming and focus by repositioning the fixture. When used with dimmers, confirm compatibility and adjust dimming levels gradually to avoid thermal shock. Handle the lamp by its base or use gloves to avoid contaminating the glass with oils from skin.

Recommendations

Use this PAR-38 150W halogen lamp in well-ventilated fixtures and avoid frequent on/off cycling to extend lamp life. For applications requiring lower power consumption or LED characteristics, consider LED PAR-38 alternatives; otherwise, this halogen lamp remains suitable where accurate, continuous white light and smooth dimming are priorities.
