PSSO kabelhaspel DMX 30 m XLR 2x0.22 — professionele DMX-kabel op rol

PSSO Cable Drum DMX 30 m XLR 2x0.22 is a 30‑metre DMX signal cable supplied on a reel for convenient storage and deployment. Designed for reliable transmission of DMX512 control signals, the cable features two 0.22 mm² conductors and XLR-compatible wiring, enabling connection of lighting fixtures, dimmers and stage controllers. The reel format reduces tangling, speeds up setup and simplifies transport for event technicians and installation teams.

Advantages

The cable provides stable DMX signal integrity across its 30 m length thanks to conductor sizing and balanced wiring suitable for lighting control protocols. Supplied on a dedicated reel, it maintains orderly cable management, reduces wear from repeated coiling and uncoiling, and supports quick deployment and retraction. The XLR-compatible wiring makes the cable compatible with standard DMX connectors used in theatres, live events and fixed installations.

How to use

Unwind the required length from the reel and route the cable between DMX controller and fixtures, keeping runs clear of power lines to minimize interference. Terminate or connect via standard XLR DMX connectors at both ends according to your fixtures and controller. For long daisy‑chain runs, observe DMX addressing and avoid exceeding recommended maximum cable lengths for the number of fixtures in the chain. After use, rewind the cable onto the reel following smooth coils to prevent kinks and to extend service life.

Recommendations

Arrange cable runs to avoid sharp bends and pinching; keep DMX cable separate from mains power where practical. Use proper XLR termination and, where necessary, a DMX terminator at the end of the line to preserve signal integrity. Store the reel in a dry environment and inspect connectors and insulation regularly for wear before each use.
