SHIVERPEAKS S/CONN Maximum Connectivity Cat.7 S/FTP PIMF halogeenvrije installatiekabel, 500m (75500-A-500S)

Imagine a data center technician unrolling a 500-meter reel of premium Cat.7 bulk cable to wire an entire server hall for 10-Gigabit performance. The SHIVERPEAKS S/CONN maximum connectivity installation cable delivers exactly that: a robust, halogen-free solution for permanent network infrastructure where safety and speed are non-negotiable.

Key specifications

• Category 7 (Cat.7) installation cable, 500 m length
• S/FTP shielding with PIMF (pairs in metal foil) for superior noise immunity
• Halogen-free (LSZH) outer jacket for low smoke and zero halogen emissions
• Bandwidth up to 1000 MHz, supports 10GBASE-T Ethernet
• Solid core construction, 4 pairs, 100 Ohm impedance
• Complies with ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173 standards

Why choose it

This cable is engineered for permanent installations in offices, data centers, and industrial buildings. Its S/FTP design with individually foiled pairs virtually eliminates alien crosstalk, ensuring stable 10-Gigabit links even in dense cable bundles. The halogen-free jacket not only meets strict fire safety regulations but also produces minimal toxic smoke, protecting both people and equipment.

Ideal use cases

• Structured cabling for new office buildings or renovations
• Data center backbone and horizontal cabling
• High-density network environments requiring maximum performance
• Projects with stringent fire safety and environmental requirements

Good to know

Supplied on a convenient reel for easy pulling and termination. The solid copper conductors (AWG23) are ideal for punch-down connections to patch panels and keystone jacks. This is bulk cable, not a patch cord, so it is intended for permanent installation rather than frequent reconnection.
