ZWILLING bakset keramiek rechthoekig 3 stuks, rood, max. 300°C

The ZWILLING Staub Ceramic rectangular baking set in red contains three glazed ceramic dishes in popular sizes designed for oven use up to 300°C. The set is suitable for baking gratins, casseroles, roasts and desserts, and the dishes can be used for both cooking and serving. Ergonomic handles make it easy to carry the dishes to the table, and the stacked design saves storage space when not in use.

Advantages

The enamelled ceramic surface provides even heat distribution, scratch resistance and easy cleaning. The dishes are hand-finished for a smooth surface and designed to nest inside one another to minimise storage space. The heat resistance up to 300°C allows use in the oven and under the broiler, and the vibrant cherry red colour integrates with table settings for direct tabletop presentation.

Suitable for

• Baking gratins and casseroles
• Roasting small to medium joints or vegetables
• Preparing individual starters or desserts (for example stuffed tomatoes or tiramisu)
• Serving salads or dishes directly from oven to table

When it may not be suitable

The ceramic dishes are not intended for direct flame or stovetop use. Very large roasts that require a single large roasting pan may not fit within the dimensions of these three rectangular dishes. Avoid rapid temperature shocks such as moving a hot dish straight into very cold water to prevent thermal stress.

Key specifications

• Material: glazed ceramic
• Colour: cherry red
• Heat resistance: safe for oven and broiler up to 300°C
• Set composition: three rectangular dishes in small, medium and large sizes (nesting design)
• Finish: hand-finished smooth surface

How to use

Place ingredients in a suitably sized dish from the set and preheat the oven to the required temperature (not exceeding 300°C). Use the ergonomic handles to transfer dishes in and out of the oven; protect hands with oven mitts. After baking, serve directly from the dish for an elegant presentation. Allow hot dishes to cool gradually before cleaning to avoid thermal shock, and wash by hand or in a dishwasher following common ceramic care guidelines.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the dish sizes fit your typical recipes and oven dimensions
• Not suitable for direct stovetop or open flame use
• Requires care to avoid thermal shock and preserve the glazed surface

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the oven with the dish inside or place the dish on a preheated oven shelf; avoid extreme temperature changes. Use oven mitts when handling and allow the ceramic to cool slightly before washing.
