Stoomstrijkijzer JATA JEPL1221

The Steam iron JATA JEPL1221 combines a ceramic soleplate with 2400 W of power to deliver consistent heat distribution and smooth gliding over fabrics. It features a steam boost function capable of 160 g/min for effective removal of stubborn wrinkles and a vertical steam function for refreshing hanging garments. The iron operates at 230 V and is available in blue, black, grey and white finishes. Its compact packaging dimensions make storage and transport simple.

Advantages

The ceramic soleplate offers low friction and even heat transfer, reducing the risk of fabric sticking and improving ironing speed. With 2400 W power and a targeted steam boost of 160 g/min, the JEPL1221 provides strong continuous performance for a range of textiles. The integrated vertical steam function allows steaming of curtains and suits without an ironing board. A 0.35 L water tank balances runtime and a compact appliance size, while multiple colour options suit different kitchen or laundry room styles.

Suitable for

• Removing creases from cotton and linen garments
• Refreshing suits, dresses and hanging textiles using vertical steam
• Everyday household ironing with quick heat-up and consistent steam
• Small living spaces where compact appliance size is preferred

How to use

Fill the 0.35 L water tank with clean tap water up to the indicated level, plug the iron into a 230 V outlet and set the temperature control according to the fabric type. Allow the iron to heat up; the ceramic soleplate will provide smooth movement across the fabric. Use the steam boost for heavy creases and the vertical steam function to treat hanging garments or curtains. Empty the water tank after use if the appliance will be stored for an extended period.

Recommendations

For best results, sort garments by fabric type and adjust the temperature dial accordingly. Use steam boost in short bursts on heavily wrinkled areas and hold the iron a short distance from delicate fabrics when using vertical steam. Regularly descale according to local water hardness to maintain steam performance.
