Patchkabel Telegaertner MP8 FS 600 — SFTP Cat.7, RJ-45 stekker op stekker, 5,0 m, groen

Telegaertner MP8 FS 600 patch cable is a 5.0 m SFTP Cat.7 connection cable with RJ‑45 male connectors on both ends. It is designed for high‑speed network links where shielding and Category 7 performance are required. The cable supports reduced electromagnetic interference through overall foil and braided shielding and is intended for use in structured cabling, server racks, patch panels and horizontal copper runs.

Advantages

The SFTP construction provides improved protection against crosstalk and external EMI compared with unshielded cables, ensuring more stable signal transmission in electrically noisy environments. Cat.7 specification enables support for high data rates and future‑proofed installations where superior bandwidth and reduced attenuation are needed. The 5.0 m length offers flexibility for typical rack and patch‑panel distances, while RJ‑45 male connectors ensure compatibility with common network ports.

Suitable for

• Connections between switches, patch panels and servers in racks
• High‑speed LAN links in data centers and network closets
• Shielded horizontal cabling runs where EMI protection is required
• Workstations and network devices requiring Cat.7 performance

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.7 (SFTP)
• Connector type: RJ‑45 male to RJ‑45 male
• Length: 5.0 m
• Shielding: overall foil plus braided shield (SFTP)
• Color: green
• Intended performance: high data rates with reduced crosstalk and EMI

How to use

Insert each RJ‑45 male connector into the corresponding network port until the latch clicks. Use the cable to link switches, patch panels, servers or workstations according to your network design. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and maintain minimum bend radii to preserve signal integrity. Ensure shield termination at patch panels or devices that support shielded connections to benefit from the SFTP construction.

Recommendations

For optimal shielding performance, connect the cable to properly grounded shielded connectors and panels. Avoid running the cable in close parallel to high‑power electrical lines to minimize residual interference. Inspect connectors for secure seating and replace the cable if physical damage to the jacket or connectors is visible.
