TP-Link Archer BE3600 draadloze router 2,5 Gigabit Ethernet dualband (2,4 GHz / 5 GHz) zwart

The TP‑LINK Archer BE3600 is a dual‑band Wi‑Fi 7 (802.11be) router designed to deliver high wireless throughput and stable wired connections for busy homes and small offices. With support for up to 2882 Mbit/s and 4x4 spatial streams, the router provides increased capacity for multiple simultaneous users and devices. The unit includes five LAN ports with a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet interface, four external antennas and WPA3 security to help protect wireless traffic while maintaining broad coverage and low-latency performance.

Advantages

High aggregate wireless speeds and 4x4 stream capability reduce congestion when many devices are active, while the dual‑band design separates device traffic across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The integrated 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port and additional LAN ports support faster wired connections to NAS, gaming consoles or desktop PCs. Four external antennas improve signal distribution across multiple rooms. WPA3 support increases wireless security compared with previous standards.

Suitable for

• High‑definition and 4K/8K video streaming across multiple devices
• Online gaming and low‑latency multiplayer sessions
• Large file transfers and backup to network storage
• Small office networks with mixed wired and wireless clients
• Smart home environments with many concurrent devices

How to use

Place the router centrally in the coverage area and connect the internet source to the WAN port. Power on the device and follow the web or mobile setup wizard to configure the wireless networks, SSIDs and security settings. Assign wired devices to the LAN ports for high‑speed connections; use the 2.5 Gigabit port for devices that require maximum throughput. Adjust channel settings or band steering in the administration interface if needed to optimise performance in dense wireless environments.

Recommendations

For best results, enable WPA3 security, keep router firmware up to date, and position the router away from large metal objects and other sources of interference. Use the 5 GHz band for latency‑sensitive applications such as gaming and video conferencing, and reserve the 2.4 GHz band for devices that require longer range. When using NAS or high‑bandwidth clients, connect them to the 2.5 Gigabit port or wired LAN ports to minimise wireless bottlenecks.
