Power on the device and connect a computer or mobile device to the router’s Wi‑Fi network (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) or use the Ethernet LAN port for a wired connection. Access the web-based management interface to complete initial setup, configure SSIDs and passwords, and enable QoS or other network settings as needed.

Recommendations

For secure public Wi‑Fi use, enable one of the supported VPN protocols (OpenVPN or WireGuard®) before transmitting sensitive data. Place the router centrally in the coverage area to balance signal strength across connected devices; choose 5 GHz for higher speeds and 2.4 GHz for better range.
