TRITON 19 inch kast ombouwset voor inbouw van een eigen profielhalve cilinder PHZ

Data center technicians upgrading physical security on TRITON 19-inch rack cabinets often need to replace the standard lock with a European profile half cylinder (PHZ). This conversion kit makes that retrofit straightforward, providing all necessary mounting hardware to accept your own PHZ cylinder. It is ideal for server rooms, network closets, and industrial control environments where key management and higher-security locking are required.

Why choose it

This conversion kit allows you to integrate a custom, higher-security profile half cylinder into your existing TRITON rack door. Instead of replacing the entire door or cabinet, you can upgrade the lock mechanism quickly and cost-effectively. The kit is built from durable materials and finished to resist corrosion, ensuring consistent performance in demanding IT environments.

Ideal use cases

• Server racks and network cabinets in data centers
• Industrial control cabinets requiring restricted access
• Retrofitting existing TRITON cabinets with PHZ-based locking systems
• Facilities standardizing on a single key system across multiple enclosures

Good to know

The kit includes all necessary hardware for installation, but you must supply the profile half cylinder separately. Basic tools are required for mounting. It is designed for standard rack door lock cutouts, ensuring a precise fit on TRITON 19" cabinets. For indoor use only.
