USB-kabel ShiverPeaks BS30-42075 USB 3.2 Gen 2 10 m USB-C zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS30-42075 USB cable is a 10 m USB C to USB C data cable that supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 (also referenced as 3.1 Gen 2) speeds. Designed for reliable wired connections between modern devices with USB C ports, this black cable features gold-plated contacts to improve contact stability and resist corrosion. The length provides flexibility for desk, AV and workstation setups where distance to the host device is greater than typical short cables allow.

Advantages

This cable supports high-speed data transfer rates provided by USB 3.2 Gen 2 and ensures backwards compatibility with earlier USB-C implementations. Gold-plated contacts improve long-term conductivity and reduce signal degradation from oxidation. A 10 m length allows placement of devices at a distance without intermediate hubs, and the USB C to USB C configuration matches current laptop, tablet, smartphone and peripheral standards. The black outer finish offers a neutral appearance suited to professional and home environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops, tablets or smartphones with USB C ports to external drives or docks
• Long-reach data connections for desktop workstations and AV equipment
• Transferring large files between USB-C storage devices and hosts
• Use with USB-C monitors, docking stations and hubs that accept full-speed data lines

How to use

Connect one USB C connector to the host device and the other to the target device or peripheral. Ensure both devices support the required USB specification for desired data throughput; if either device uses a lower USB generation, data rates will fall back accordingly. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive strain at connector ends. For stable data transfer, verify that both devices are powered appropriately and that any required drivers or firmware are installed on the host.

Recommendations

Use the ShiverPeaks BS30-42075 cable for direct, high-speed data links where a 10 m reach is needed. Avoid running the cable parallel to strong electromagnetic sources and prevent repeated tight bending near the connectors. Store coiled without kinks and disconnect by gripping the connector housing rather than pulling the cable jacket to prolong service life.
