USB-kabel ShiverPeaks SP03-70035 USB 3.2 Gen 2 2 m USB A USB C blauw

The ShiverPeaks SP03-70035 USB cable is a 2 m data cable with a USB A connector on one end and a USB C connector on the other, supporting USB 3.2 Gen 2 speeds up to 10 Gbit/s. Designed for reliable high-speed data transfer, the cable features gold-plated contacts to support improved conductivity and reduce corrosion. Its blue jacket and standard 2 m length make it suitable for desktop setups, external drives and device charging where a durable, mid-length USB A to USB C link is required.

Advantages

This USB A to USB C cable supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 data rates, allowing transfers up to 10 Gbit/s for fast file copying and media streaming. Gold-plated contacts improve signal conductivity and resistance to oxidation, helping to maintain consistent performance over time. The 2 m length provides flexibility for connecting devices at a moderate distance from a host device, while the standard USB A and USB C connector combination ensures compatibility with a wide range of computers, docks, chargers and peripherals. The blue outer jacket offers clear visual identification among other cables.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops or desktop PCs with USB A ports to smartphones, tablets or peripherals with USB C
• Fast file transfers to and from external SSDs or HDDs that support USB 3.2 Gen 2
• Streaming high-resolution media between compatible devices
• Charging devices where USB A to USB C cable is required (charging speed depends on host and device capabilities)

Key specifications

• USB version: USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbit/s)
• Connector 1: USB A
• Connector 2: USB C
• Cable length: 2 m
• Contacts: gold-plated for improved conductivity
• Colour: Blue

How to use

Connect the USB A end to a host device such as a computer, USB charger or docking station, and insert the USB C end into the target device such as a phone, tablet, external drive or accessory. When both devices support USB 3.2 Gen 2, expect data transfer rates up to 10 Gbit/s; otherwise, the connection will negotiate the highest mutually supported USB speed. Ensure connectors are oriented correctly and fully inserted to establish a stable connection. For charging, verify the host and device power specifications to determine actual charging current.

Recommendations

For sustained high-speed transfers, avoid tightly coiling the cable and keep it away from sources of interference. Inspect connectors regularly and clean contacts gently if needed. When using with power adapters, confirm charger output and device charging specifications to ensure safe operation.
