Videokabel-adapter ShiverPeaks BS90024-10 10 m 3 x cinch

The ShiverPeaks BS90024-10 10m 3 x RCA video cable adapter provides a 10-metre connection with three RCA plugs on each end designed for composite video and stereo analogue audio signals. Intended for audio & video setups, this black cable offers sufficient length for connecting devices across rooms or between AV components without the need for additional extension pieces. The cable is suitable for straightforward point-to-point connections between DVD or Blu-ray players, set-top boxes, older gaming consoles, analogue camcorders and AV receivers or televisions that use RCA inputs.

Advantages

This 10 m ShiverPeaks cable delivers consistent analogue signal transmission across its length and simplifies installation with identical 3 x RCA connectors on both ends. The black outer jacket reduces visual distraction in home or professional installations. Its standard RCA configuration ensures broad compatibility with legacy AV equipment and makes it easy to replace or extend existing setups without special adapters.

Suitable for

• Connecting DVD, Blu-ray and set-top box outputs to TVs or receivers
• Linking older gaming consoles and analogue camcorders to display devices
• Temporary or semi-permanent AV installations requiring a 10 m run
• Replacing existing 3 x RCA interconnects in home entertainment systems

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 m
• Connectors: 3 x RCA on each end (composite video + stereo audio)
• Colour: Black outer jacket
• Signal type: Analogue composite video and analogue audio

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting. Match the RCA connector colours (typically yellow for video, red and white for audio) to the corresponding input and output sockets on your devices. Firmly insert each RCA plug until it seats in the socket. After connection, power on devices and select the appropriate input on your display or receiver. If signal quality is poor, check connector seating and cable routing to avoid sharp bends or interference sources.

Recommendations

For best results, route the cable away from mains power cables and wireless transmitters to minimise interference. When running the cable over longer distances, avoid tight coils and secure the cable with clips or ties to prevent strain on the connectors.
