Netwerkkabel Goobay 0,25 m 2xRJ-45 Cat6 blauw

The Goobay 0.25m 2xRJ-45 Cat6 networking cable is a short, unshielded Ethernet cable intended for high-speed data transmission between devices in close proximity. It features two gold-plated RJ-45 plugs and conforms to Cat6 performance parameters, making it suitable for typical home and office networking connections. The blue jacket identifies the cable visually and helps organize installations.

Advantages

The cable offers Cat6 performance for reliable gigabit Ethernet connections over short distances and gold-plated RJ-45 contacts for improved corrosion resistance and consistent signal transfer. Its compact 0.25 m length reduces cable clutter where devices are close together and the unshielded design keeps the cable flexible and easy to route.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop to a nearby router, switch or modem
• Linking networked devices on a desk—printer, NAS or VoIP phone
• Short patch connections in home or small office setups

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 plug into the Ethernet port of the devices you want to connect until the connector latch clicks. Ensure devices are powered on and configured for network access. For best results with Cat6 performance, avoid tightly bending the cable or placing it under heavy compression. The 0.25 m length is intended for direct, short-distance connections rather than in-wall or extended runs.

Recommendations

Use this short Cat6 cable for neat, direct connections between nearby devices. Do not use it for installations requiring shielding or long-distance cabling; choose a shielded or longer-rated cable if electromagnetic interference or greater length is expected.
