Netwerkkabel Goobay 1.5m CAT6-150 paars

The Goobay 1.5m CAT6-150 networking cable in violet is a Cat6 Ethernet cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for wired network connections where stable, high-speed data transfer is needed. With a length of 1.5 meters and a violet jacket, the cable provides a compact, color-coded solution for connecting routers, switches, computers, game consoles and other Ethernet-enabled devices in home or small office environments. The cable supports Cat6 performance and is suitable for common broadband and LAN applications.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable supports bandwidths up to 250 MHz for reliable throughput and lower crosstalk compared to lower-category cables. The molded RJ-45 connectors ensure a secure fit and consistent contact, while the 1.5 m length balances reach and cable management to reduce clutter. The violet outer jacket helps with visual identification of network segments or device connections in setups with multiple cables.

Suitable for

• Connecting PC, laptop or workstation to a router or network switch
• Linking game consoles and smart TVs to wired internet for lower latency
• Small office or home office LAN connections and network patching
• Temporary or permanent connections where a short, visible cable is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Bandwidth: up to 250 MHz
• Conductor type: twisted pair (unshielded, typical Cat6 construction)
• Outer color: violet

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet ports of the devices you want to connect (for example router to PC or switch to console) until the connector latch clicks into place. Ensure both connected devices are powered on and configured for network access. For best signal integrity, avoid sharp bends and keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference. If connecting to patch panels or wall outlets, confirm the outlet wiring matches the cable standards used in your network.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable for connections within the specified 1.5 m length and avoid overcrowding multiple cables in tight bundles. Regularly inspect connectors for damage and replace the cable if the jacket or connector becomes worn. Choose this violet cable when visual identification of specific links is required in multi-cable installations.
