Netwerkkabel Goobay 5m RJ-45 kabel magenta Cat6

The Goobay 5m RJ-45 Cable Magenta Cat6 is an unshielded Category 6 network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a length of 5 metres. Manufactured under the WENTRONIC brand (MPN 95279, EAN 4040849952791), it is intended for reliable wired Ethernet connections in home and office environments and offers higher bandwidth than Cat5e cabling.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable provides stable data transmission for Gigabit Ethernet and typical home or small office applications. The pre-terminated 2xRJ45 plugs allow for immediate use without additional tools, and the magenta colour helps with cable identification and organisation in multi-cable setups. Being unshielded (UTP), the cable is flexible and suitable for standard indoor routing.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers and switches for wired LAN
• Gigabit internet and high-speed data transfer
• Home entertainment systems, gaming consoles and streaming devices
• Structured cabling in small offices and workstations

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6 (Unshielded, UTP)
• Connectors: 2 × RJ-45 (pre-terminated)
• Length: 5 m
• Colour: Magenta
• Brand: WENTRONIC, MPN: 95279, EAN: 4040849952791

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices (for example, a router, switch or PC). Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. No crimping or additional assembly is required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable for indoor installations and keep runs under recommended maximum lengths for Ethernet (typically up to 100 m for Cat6). Avoid routing alongside high-voltage power lines and replace the cable if connectors or the jacket are damaged.
