Netwerkkabel Goobay 95526 7,5 m Cat6 S/FTP oranje

The Goobay 95526 is a 7.5 m Cat6 networking cable with S/FTP shielding designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission. It features RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts and an orange outer jacket for increased visibility. The cable supports network speeds up to 1000 Mbit/s and is intended for setting up stable connections in home and office environments.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk for improved signal integrity. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide corrosion resistance and consistent connector performance. The robust outer sheath increases durability while the bright orange color makes the cable easy to identify and manage in installations.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections at home
• Office network cabling and patching
• Connecting routers, switches, PCs and NAS devices
• Temporary or visible installations where cable identification is needed

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch or computer) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable within typical Cat6 installation practices: avoid excessive cable length beyond 100 meters for a single run, maintain gentle bend radii, and ensure tight but not excessive connector seating. For permanent installations, label both ends to simplify network management.
