Netwerkkabel Goobay CAT 5e patchkabel RJ-45 Cat5e 0,25 m grijs

The Goobay CAT 5e Patch Cable is a short, high-quality network cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections. With a length of 0.25 m, RJ-45 connectors on both ends and F/UTP shielding, it supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and is intended for use in home and office networks where a compact, stable link is required.

Advantages

The cable combines high-quality inner conductors, robust sheathing and precisely fitting RJ-45 plugs to ensure stable signal transmission and reduced interference. Its F/UTP shielding improves noise protection compared with unshielded cables, while the compact 0.25 m length limits clutter in small setups. The neutral grey colour makes it suitable for visible installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices at short distances (patch panels, switches, routers)
• Home network connections and office desktop cabling
• Temporary or fixed links in rack or cabinet environments

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports of the devices you want to connect, ensuring a firm click to confirm proper seating. Use the cable for short patch connections between switches, routers, patch panels or network interfaces. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force to preserve connector integrity and shielding performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable runs short and avoid running alongside strong electromagnetic sources. Use the Goobay CAT 5e cable where Gigabit Ethernet is required over short distances; consider higher-category cables only if future higher-speed or longer runs are needed.
