Patchkabel Goobay CAT 5e 2x 90° haaks F/UTP zwart 2 m

The Goobay CAT 5e patch cable is a 2 m network cable designed for reliable high-speed data transmission. It has F/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and two 90° angled RJ-45 plugs for convenient connection in confined spaces. The black jacket provides a discreet appearance suitable for home or office installations.

Advantages

The cable uses high-quality inner conductors and a robust outer sheath to ensure signal integrity and mechanical durability. F/UTP shielding improves resistance to external interference, while the 90° angled connectors simplify routing and reduce strain on ports when space behind equipment is limited.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in home networks
• Office workstations and rack-mounted equipment with limited rear clearance
• Wall-mounted devices or installations in tight cable channels

Key specifications

• Category: CAT 5e
• Length: 2 m
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil overall shield, unshielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45, two 90° angled plugs
• Color: Black
• Designed for: High-speed Ethernet up to CAT 5e performance

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 angled connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports of your devices, ensuring a secure snap-in connection. Route the cable so the angled ends align with available space behind equipment to minimize bending stress. The cable can be run through cable ducts or along walls; avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force to maintain performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this CAT 5e cable for Ethernet links up to the specification limits and avoid running it parallel to mains power cables for long distances. Inspect connector seating after installation to confirm a firm connection.
