Zebra RAM EZ-Roll'r dockingstation met dual-USB voor ET40 45 8 met exoskelet

Keeping a Zebra ET40 or ET45 8-inch tablet powered, connected, and secure inside a moving vehicle is a constant challenge—cables come loose, connectors wear out, and standard cradles fail to hold up to vibration and daily abuse. The Zebra RAM EZ-Roll'r vehicle dock solves this by combining a rugged, spring-loaded cradle with integrated GDS® charging and dual USB data ports, all built around the trusted RAM® mounting ecosystem.

Who is it for

This dock is purpose-built for field service technicians, delivery drivers, warehouse operators, and public safety personnel who rely on Zebra ET40 or ET45 8-inch tablets in vehicles. It is especially valuable for fleets that use Zebra's exoskeleton or rugged case, as the cradle is designed to accommodate the added bulk without sacrificing a secure fit.

Main features

• RAM® EZ-Roll'r™ mounting system with AMPS hole pattern (75x75mm VESA compatible) for flexible installation.
• GDS® Technology™ connector provides 5V/3A (15W) charging to the tablet, eliminating fragile cable connections.
• Two USB-A ports support data transfer and charging for peripherals like scanners, printers, or phones.
• Spring-loaded retention mechanism holds the tablet firmly, even on rough roads.
• High-strength composite housing withstands temperatures from -20°C to 60°C.
• Integrated cable management keeps wiring tidy and out of the way.
• LED indicator shows power and charging status at a glance.
• Overcurrent and short circuit protection safeguard both dock and tablet.

Tips

Pair this dock with a RAM® double socket arm and a vehicle-specific mount base for a complete, vibration-resistant setup. For best results, route the power cable through the dock's integrated management channels and secure excess length under the dash to prevent snagging. If you use the tablet without the exoskeleton, the spring-loaded cradle still provides a snug fit—no additional spacers needed.
