How to use

Install the roll into a compatible Zebra thermal transfer printer following the printer manufacturer's loading instructions. Use an appropriate thermal transfer ribbon for best durability and scannability. Configure printer settings for coated paper media and adjust print speed and darkness to optimise image quality. Feed labels so that the coated side faces the printhead and perform a test print to confirm alignment and barcode readability.

Recommendations

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. For long-term barcode integrity, select a thermal transfer ribbon formulated for coated papers and verify barcode readability after application. When switching between printers, check compatibility lists or the printer's documentation for any model-specific mounting requirements.
