ACT Ivory 10 meter LSZH S/FTP CAT6A patchkabel met RJ45-aansluitingen

The ACT Ivory 10 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable delivers 10 meters of high-speed network connectivity with S/FTP shielding and durable RJ45 connectors. The cable jacket is made from LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) material to reduce the release of toxic and corrosive gases in the event of fire, making it suitable for use in confined or poorly ventilated spaces. This CAT6A cable supports reliable data transmission for home and office networking environments and complies with CPR Euroclass: Eca.

Advantages

LSZH jacket minimizes toxic smoke and halogen emissions under fire conditions while S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference. The cable uses standard RJ45 connectors for easy installation and the 10 m length offers flexibility for typical LAN setups. The ivory colour allows for discrete placement in many interior environments.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in homes and offices
• Network cabling in trains, aircraft interiors, and other enclosed spaces
• High-speed connections for switches, routers, and patch panels

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to your network device (router, switch or PC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the locking latch engages. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of electrical interference; secure with cable ties or clips as needed. For installations in permanent infrastructure, follow local wiring standards and building codes.

Recommendations

Use LSZH cables in enclosed or poorly ventilated areas to reduce smoke and toxic gas exposure during a fire. Avoid excessive bending and strain on connectors; maintain bend radius recommended for CAT6A cables and test links after installation to confirm performance.
