Boor-draadborstelset KWB 597530 – 4-delig (voor boormachines, metaal- en oppervlaktereiniging)

KWB 597530 is a 4-piece Drill Wire Brush Set designed for attachment to power drills for metal and hard-surface cleaning tasks. The set includes a selection of wire brushes intended for removing rust, paint and scale, as well as for deburring and surface preparation. These brushes are intended to be used with a compatible drill to support maintenance, renovation and general workshop work on metal and other durable materials.

Advantages

The brushes in this set are supplied in four different shapes to address a range of cleaning and preparation needs on hard surfaces. Using wire bristles fitted to drill chucks enables faster material removal than manual brushing and improves efficiency for repetitive tasks. The set’s compatibility with most power drills makes it a flexible accessory for automotive, metalworking and renovation jobs where rust, paint or scale must be removed prior to further treatment.

Key specifications

How to use

Fit the selected wire brush attachment securely into the drill chuck and tighten according to the drill manufacturer’s instructions. Start drilling at low speed to establish control, then increase speed as appropriate for the workpiece and brush type. Apply steady, even pressure and move the brush across the surface to remove rust, paint or scale; avoid excessive force that could damage the substrate or wear the brush prematurely. After use, clean debris from the bristles and store the brushes in a dry place.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, gloves and respiratory protection where dust or particles are generated. Check that the drill’s speed rating and chuck capacity match the brush attachments and follow the drill manufacturer’s safety guidance. Test on a small area first to confirm the effect on the surface and choose the brush shape that best suits the task.
