Bulletcamera Ajax BulletCam 8 Mp 2,8 mm — 8 MP resolutie, 2,8 mm lens

Ajax BulletCam 8 Mp 2.8 mm is a bullet-style surveillance camera with an 8-megapixel image sensor and a fixed 2.8 mm wide-angle lens. Designed for outdoor and indoor monitoring, the camera delivers high-resolution video suitable for perimeter, entrance and property surveillance. It supports continuous recording, remote viewing and integration into standard CCTV systems to improve situational awareness and provide detailed evidence capture.

How to use

Install the Ajax BulletCam on a stable surface such as a wall or soffit using appropriate anchors and mount hardware. Aim the 2.8 mm wide-angle lens to cover the primary area of interest, taking into account the broader field of view and expected subject distances. Connect power and video to a compatible recorder or network interface according to the installation manual and configure recording parameters such as resolution, frame rate and motion detection zones. Verify camera orientation, focus and night performance if applicable, then finalize cable routing and weather sealing for outdoor installations.

Recommendations

Position the camera to maximize coverage while minimizing direct sunlight or strong backlighting. For improved identification at longer ranges, consider supplementing wide-angle coverage with additional higher focal length cameras. Regularly inspect mounts and seals on outdoor installations to maintain weather resistance and image quality.
