Ethernet-kabel ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 3m geel

The ProXtend CAT6 F/UTP CCA Ethernet Cable in yellow is a 3 m patch cable designed for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. Constructed with copper-clad aluminum (CCA) 26 AWG conductors and a foil screen, the cable supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and includes RJ-45 connectors with gold plating for reliable contact and corrosion resistance.

Advantages

The cable offers a cost-effective solution for Gigabit Ethernet connections by combining CCA conductors with F/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI). Reinforced strain relief and latch protection at the RJ-45 plugs improve durability during installation and handling. Its bright yellow jacket makes cable routing and identification straightforward in patch panels and structured cabling setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, switches and routers in office and home networks
• Patching between network ports and wall outlets
• Short runs within server rooms, racks or network cabinets

Key specifications

• Length: 3 m
• Conductor: Copper-clad aluminum (CCA), 26 AWG
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil screened)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Standards: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Color: Yellow
• Weight: 0.095 kg

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connectors into the network ports of devices such as PCs, switches or routers until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges, and secure it with appropriate cable management to prevent strain on the connectors. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electrical interference.

Recommendations

Use this ProXtend CAT6 F/UTP CCA cable for short to medium indoor runs where a cost-effective Gigabit-capable connection is required; avoid using CCA cabling for very long backbone runs or in installations where pure copper conductors are mandated.
