Ethernet-kabel ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 7 m Rood

The ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CCA Ethernet Cable (7 m, red) uses copper-clad aluminum (CCA) conductors with AWG 26 to provide a cost-effective CAT6 connection. It is fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, gold-plated contacts and a PVC jacket. The cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks and a data transfer rate up to 1000 Mbit/s, offering a reliable wired link for home and small office networks.

Advantages

This ProXtend CAT6 cable combines economical CCA construction with U/UTP design and gold-plated RJ-45 contacts to ensure consistent signal transmission for gigabit Ethernet. The cable includes strain relief and latch protection to reduce connector stress and improve durability during installation and regular use.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in home or small office networks
• Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Mbit/s) data transfers
• Short- to medium-length wired connections (up to 7 m)

Key specifications

• Length: 7 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor: Copper-clad aluminum (CCA), AWG 26
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs)
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Jacket: PVC
• Colour: Red
• Weight: 0.16 kg

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; the built-in strain relief helps protect the connector area. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and avoid running it parallel to power lines over long distances.

Recommendations

Use this cable for indoor networking and short to medium runs where a cost-effective CAT6 solution is required. For environments requiring higher conductivity, longer distances, or improved shielding, consider solid copper or shielded cable variants.
