Ethernetkabel ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 15m groen

The ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CCA Ethernet Cable (15 m) with RJ-45 connectors uses copper-clad aluminum (CCA) conductors with AWG 26 to provide an economical solution for wired networking. The cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s, has gold-plated contacts for reliable connectivity and comes in a green PVC jacket. Reinforced strain relief and latch protection increase durability and secure connector fit during installation.

Advantages

This Cat6 U/UTP cable offers a cost-effective option due to CCA strands while maintaining Gigabit Ethernet compatibility. The AWG 26 conductors and U/UTP construction give consistent transmission for typical home and office networks. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve contact reliability and the reinforced strain relief reduces stress on the connector at the cable exit.

Suitable for

• Home networking and wired internet connections
• Office workstations and LAN connections
• Connecting routers, switches, NAS devices and PCs
• Temporary setups and structured cabling where cost efficiency is needed

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor type: Copper-clad aluminum (CCA), AWG 26
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded overall, unshielded pairs)
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Colour: Green
• Weight: 0.328 kg

How to use

Route the cable between devices and insert the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports until the latch clicks. Avoid sharp bends and keep the cable away from high-power electrical lines to reduce interference. For best performance, use this cable for connections up to 15 m as specified and ensure connectors are fully seated in ports.

Recommendations

Use this ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CCA cable for standard Gigabit network links in home and office environments where cost-effective cabling is preferred; for installations requiring maximum signal integrity over longer runs or in electrically noisy environments, consider a fully copper (solid or stranded) Cat6 cable or a shielded alternative.
