FireWire-kabel DeLOCK 83273 0,5 m 6-polig zwart

The DeLOCK 83273 FireWire cable is a 0.5 m cable with 6-pin connectors on both ends, designed to connect FireWire 400 (IEEE 1394/IEEE 1394a) devices to a computer with a 6-pin FireWire port. It is suitable for linking camcorders, external enclosures, and other compatible peripherals for high-speed data transfer.

Advantages

This 6-pin FireWire cable provides a standardized IEEE 1394/1394a connection for reliable data transmission. Its 0.5 m length offers a compact connection between devices without excess cable clutter, and the black jacket ensures a discreet appearance with typical durability for consumer use.

Suitable for

• Connecting camcorders with 6-pin FireWire ports
• Linking external hard drive enclosures supporting FireWire 400
• Connecting other FireWire 6-pin peripherals (audio interfaces, legacy devices)

Key specifications

How to use

Plug one 6-pin connector into the FireWire port of your computer and the other 6-pin connector into the FireWire port of your device, such as a camcorder or external enclosure. Ensure both devices are powered off when connecting or disconnecting for safety, then power them on and use your operating system or application to access the connected device.

Recommendations

Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors and keep the cable away from heat sources. For longer distances or modern systems without FireWire ports, consider using appropriate adapters or interfaces compatible with FireWire 400.
